Prefinishing

After the weaving process the fabrics get their final touch in the prefinishing. We can consider on almost every special customer demand. The standards in our finishing are desizing, bleaching, mercerization and dying. 

Highest technical know how is very important for the dying process. Latest technologies in dying provide the equality of color over the whole length of Dibella fabrics. From the first up to the last meter, regardless of 1.000 or 20.000 meter, the color is from beginning to end the same. 

Also our fabrics are stable to washing towards chlorine, whiteners and disinfectant. The usage of optical brightener in laundries causes often color changes, especially at light colored fabrics. With Dibella fabrics you can prevent this problem. 

We just dispose dyed yarns for our colored table linen. These are more expensive than piece dyed ones, but the Dibella table clothes keep the color brilliance over the whole life cycle. Also for replenishment we guarantee the equality of color.
